Our Story

Live Your Smile

Our Mission and Values

Smiling is one of the most basic and most powerful forms of human expression. Babies start smiling as early as 8 weeks of age. A smile is the universal sign of kindness, understanding, compassion, and pleasure. In moments of happiness, joy and inspiration, smiling let’s the world know how we feel.

As Airdrie’s orthodontic clinic, we’re here to help you live your smile. To us, that means enjoying life with a smile that truly expresses the feelings and emotions that made you smile. It also means having a healthy mouth, a comfortable bite, and good overall health and wellness. We use the most state of the art orthodontic science and technology to align teeth and jaws as we work to build the smile of a lifetime.

It's time to live your smile.

Dr. Mo

Hi ! I’m Dr. Mo and I’m a world traveler, a private pilot, a roughrider fan (sorry, Stamps fans), and a George Strait wannabe.

Dr. Mo Korayem aka “Dr. Mo”

Orthodontist noun (orth.o.DON.tist): A specialized dentist who has completed 3 years of full-time specialized training in the art and science of dental alignment and bite correction to become a certified dental specialist.

Dr. Mo is our resident official tooth nerd. He’s an expert at aligning teeth and creating beautiful smiles. When he’s not doing that, he can be found flying small planes, woodworking, doing home renovations and singing/writing country songs! Dr. Mo and his wife Sherry have two insanely cute toddlers who keep them busy, inspired, and thoroughly sleep-deprived.

Hi!  I’m Janelle, I joined Quest in November as a Patient Care Coordinator.  I’m one of the first faces you’ll see when you come into our office.   My experience as a dental assistant and my love of interacting with people make this administrative position a great fit for me. My favourite part of my job is seeing all of the smiles that come in and out of this office.

I have been married to my favourite guy in the world for 17 years and we have 3 kids that are endless entertainment and amazement to us.  We enjoy camping, hiking and biking in the summer, and skiing and sledding in the winter.  I love live theatre, reading, playing tennis and volleyball, and movie nights with my family.

Hi everyone! My name is Sam and I am currently filling in for our lovely Financial Coordinator whom is away on maternity leave. Normally you would find me at the front desk helping greet everyone! I am new to Alberta and loving it! My hubby Dan and two loving and energetic kids moved to Airdrie from Ontario 2 years ago! I have happily found Quest to call my second home. On weekends you can find us at a local or provincial park and on long weekends we could be in any province! Me time includes yoga and helping my husband work on project cars when he needs a third hand, otherwise I am a great supervisor. I have had orthodontic treatment as a child so I know first hand what it feels like to go from over crowding and misalignment to straight teeth and a healthy bite! I love helping people get into the smile they’ve always wanted or have wanted for their child.

Hey, I’m Charlie, the operations officer at Quest Orthodontics. I joined back in May 2016 and have since grown to love the orthodontic industry, coming from a background in accounting I never dealt with the amount of people I do now and love the interactions I can have with my local Airdrie neighbours.

I moved here to Airdrie in August with my wife and little girl to pursue this career and have since fallen in love with the job, my work family and the city of Airdrie. (I’ll never move back to Calgary!)

I’m a sports enthusiast with a background in soccer playing semi pro soccer for Mount Royal University while getting my education. I got to travel the world playing soccer and look forward to doing that with my wife when our kids are older!

I was born and raised in Montreal,Qc, and am fluent in French and English.  I have been in Alberta for 9 years.

I am the office Dog- a- holic. When I am not busy creating amazing smiles, I am in Nordegg enjoying our trailer and mountain air with my Hubby and 2 dogs or at home reading with a glass of wine!

Hi, I’m Renae. I love life and I love being a mom to three beautiful daughters that keep me hopping. I have spent most of my life in Alberta but lived on Vancouver Island for a few years where I grew to love the ocean. I tend to look at life through rose-colored glasses and see the best in people. I am trusting, caring and completely willing to laugh at myself. I am grateful to be in this profession where I get to interact with new people on a daily basis and work with a great team of people that I respect and admire.

A perfect day to me looks like skiing on fresh powder at the spectacular Lake Louise with my family.

When I can find the time, I also enjoy running and cycling. I’ve been a Dental Assistant for almost 20 years, but only made the switch to Orthodontics a three years ago. I wish I would have switched a long time ago as I love my job and find it incredibly rewarding and fun!

Hello, I’m Tracey. I was born and raised on the West coast of Canada where I started my career in the dental field. I have always found dentistry rewarding and challenging. I am very passionate and committed to helping people so my role as treatment coordinator here is a perfect job for me.

I joined the Quest Orthodontics team December 2015 and I love being part of this amazing team. In my role as Treatment Coordinator, my top priorities include ensuring all patients and parents are well informed of treatment options, cost estimates and treatment durations. My favorite part of my job here is knowing I am part of creating beautiful smiles.

I have been happily married to my husband Brian for 2 years and I am a very proud mom of my daughter Kiara and my son Jordan. My children keep me very busy and when I’m not chauffeuring my kids to their activities, we love family movie nights, every Friday and creating new family traditions.

Hello, I’m Jenn, Administrative Manager at Quest Orthodontics. I have worked in dentistry for 10 years as a dental assistant and over the past few years I’ve come to enjoy the administrative side of dentistry. I joined Quest in December 2015 and am very excited about my new venture into orthodontics and the amazing team I get to come to work with everyday. I take pride in patient care and I’m looking forward to the opportunity to build genuine lasting relationships with patients, parents and other members of the Airdrie community – my hometown – and surrounding areas.

I was born and raised here in Airdrie where I met my highschool sweetheart Mike. We’ve been happily married for 8 years, have a chocolate lab Winston and a sweet, spunky daughter Paige, 2, who lights up our world. Our family has also welcomed our second baby, Brynn.

I enjoy spending my time with family and friends, camping, spending time in our yard and doing home improvements. I’ve recently grown to enjoy watching NFL football (Go Seahawks!) with my husband and the friendly competition of fantasy football! My favourite way to relax is to cozy down with a good book and a cup of tea.
